“From the time we walked into the Moreno Blvd showroom on a Sunday until project completion, we have been delighted with every aspect of our CTFD experience.

Elizabeth took us through the selection process, both material and product color. Anthony came out very soon after to measure. But he did more than that. He advised us on what would be done, set expectations on work time, answered all our questions.

On the Monday work started Tony, one of the partners showed up on site. Ours was a small project yet he treated us as if it was the most important one.

Day 1 was demolition day. The team of Hilario and Ricardo put up a lot of plastic sheeting and tape to minimize the effect of the dust particles from the jackhammering. They worked late and made sure the work place was clean when they left.

Days 2 & 3 were devoted to installation and finish work. We’re very pleased with the work done by Arturo and Josh.

By the end of day 3, work was completed, project area cleaned, extra materials stowed in our attic, and all debris removed.

Start to finish, a great experience.

I should also mention that our job required the removal and reinstallation of two toilets, several doors, plus a washer and dryer. Very professionally done.“

They had exactly the type of engineered wood that we wanted in their showroom and the estimate for costs and time to install were reasonably accurate. They were able to schedule installation during 3 weeks that worked for us and despite unexpected difficulties removing the old wood floor, we could move back in on time. Communication was great, Steve kept us informed about progress in between. Craftmanship was excellent, there are no holes or cracks or crooked corners, the floor looks just perfect. We are very happy.“
