“Oliver was very friendly and professional. I was really impressed with Advanced Carpet Cleaners from the start. He came in, checked the carpeted areas, took measurements, explained the pricing clearly, and got right to work. They cleaned the carpets throughout my whole house along with two area rugs, and the results were excellent. With 2 dogs and 2 cats, we had several pet stains, heavy traffic marks, and spots that needed extra attention. We also requested carpet sanitizer and spot protection, and it was worth every penny. The cleaning team worked efficiently, finished everything in just a couple of hours, and left the carpet looking refreshed, soft, and very clean. The rooms smelled fresh without being overpowering. One stain that really surprised me was a red candle wax spot near the bed, and it completely disappeared. The carpet looks so much better now, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
