“I got my cabinets installed from Real Deal Cabinets about 8 years ago with the previous owner. They looked great. Our house had been a rental and when we came back into the house some of the drawers needed to be realigned. The new owner came over and aligned and tightened all of our cabinets and they are as good as new!! The owner was SO NICE , kind and helpful. “We had an outstanding experience with California Flooring and Design from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated with genuine care and attention. As first-time flooring customers, we had countless questions, and Tom F. was exceptionally patient and kind—never rushing us, even after multiple visits to exchange samples and rethink our options.

Our home is older and presented several challenges, but the installer’s skill and craftsmanship made the finished floors look absolutely seamless. I had a very specific vision and can be quite particular, but they delivered exactly what I asked for. Whenever a small issue came up, one quick phone call took care of it—the owner himself even visited our home more than once to make sure everything was perfect.

We’ll admit we were nervous about making such a big investment. Good flooring isn’t cheap, and we wanted to be sure we’d love the end result. In the end, we stayed within budget (we chose laminate), but more importantly, we got the look we had dreamed of. Vivian came by to measure out the area and emailed us a quote in a few hours. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent. We visited the showroom where Livan patiently walked us through the entire process. We never felt pressured to sign with them and he gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. Once we decided to go with Alpha a few days later, the install start date was scheduled and the work was completed on time in about 5 days.
