We had a great experience with Geneva from the start. They had exactly the type of engineered wood that we wanted in their showroom and the estimate for costs and time to install were reasonably accurate. They were able to schedule installation during 3 weeks that worked for us and despite unexpected difficulties removing the old wood floor, we could move back in on time. Communication was great, Steve kept us informed about progress in between. Craftmanship was excellent, there are no holes or cracks or crooked corners, the floor looks just perfect. We are very happy.
