Had to have my carpet cleaned and re-stretched recently. I chose to have Star Flooring and Remodeling do the work. I was very happy with the results and the excellent Technician assigned to do the work. He was very professional and had everything completed on schedule as promised. I recently moved into a new apartment and noticed that the carpets were really stinky! Luckily our property manager was very responsive and contacted Star Flooring as soon as we notified them. Tony reached out to us ASAP and came to our apartment. He was very kind and made us a priority! At first he said it would take till next week to get a team in, but then he let us know he could make us an appointment for Saturday (9/23/2023). Thanks to Tony and Star flooring we can finish moving into our rooms and we don't have to place our stuff onto a stinky carpet. Thank you Star flooring and Tony!!!!

We recently used these guys upon recommendation from a friend of ours and we are extremely happy that we did. We shopped Home Depot and Lowes and were just about to work with Lowes when we decided to talk to Star and at the end of the day, they had the best product and were competitive with their pricing and were great about working within our schedule. That was how we made our decision. The work? Excellent.
