I had a great experience purchasing LVP flooring and carpet for my home from Factory Direct Floor Store. They had a wide variety of options and samples to choose from, which made it much easier to find flooring that fit my home and style. I especially appreciated being able to take samples home so I could see how the colors and flooring looked in my actual space before making a decision.

He was very attentive, patient, and easy to work with, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I've used Factory Direct Floor two times now as their service from start to finish is outstanding. Most recently installed Carolina Classic hardwood for my duplex. From entering the store and being greeted immediately, to the team coming to my place and providing expert consultation and samplings, to fast and direct installation. It's a heads and tails much better and more personal experience than the big box stores, at a competitive or BETTER price. Thank you Factory Direct Floor Store for making this a fast, easy and great experience!
