“Highly recommend. Dr. Cheim was thorough, attentive and kind. We did not know that Target offered this but after much research discovered we could get our prescriptions from here for much less than the local places. ($85 compared to $255 in town here!) You can opt for the pressure and glaucoma tests for another $69, but we decided to wait...we have 45 days to get that price after the appt. The staff is very nice and there is no hard sell for their frames. Place is clean in a very quiet corner of the store. Thank you Dr. Cheim!“

“I started coming here last year when I needed an emergency eye doctor's appointment and my old doctor no longer took my insurance. Dr. Jennifer Lin is friendly, thorough, and explains things well. The staff here are all very nice and competent, doing their best to provide everyone with the best service. When you buy prescription glasses from here, they don't just hand it to you once the glasses arrive. They'll have you try it on so they can verify the fit. My first pair came back a little off centered and they sent it back to get it fixed.“

“This is my second visit to his office at the Target store in Daly City. I have been very satisfied as he is very nice and professional, the office is spotless and well organized with lots of seemingly up to date diagnostic equipment. It's been very easy to get an appointment (same day) both times and I'm very satisfied.

The only down side is that he's very short when he speaks. He's very clear but doesn't encourage questions or discussion.

I'll certainly come back next year.“

Very difficult to get an appointment scheduled. They need way more doctors on staff. Didn’t feel like my concerns about my prescription history were heard or considered. Prescription for trial period was off which required going back in for another check.“

“We had a great experience during our examination with Dr. Tian and the staff. Dr. Tian was very thorough, explaining the purpose for each step of our examination and answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed. They have a very efficient process for determining your prescription and checking eye health. Our appointment was originally with Dr. Fong and the reminders all confirmed that we were scheduled with Dr. Fong. So we were surprised when we were seen by Dr. Tian. I think it would be helpful to update their reminders with the optometrist that you are scheduled with to avoid confusion. Overall, we had a positive experience and will be coming back.“

“Dr. Wong is the best. He really cares for his patients and takes his time to explain everything thoroughly. My whole family (myself, husband and 2 kids) go to him and he's great with the kids also. I once had an emergency and he was kind enough to meet us at his office with zero notice on a Saturday night. We've never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment and his office staff is also very nice and responsive. He's got a good selection of eyewear brands and also helped me to choose which sunglasses would fit my face the best. 1000% recommend this business and Dr. Wong.“

I walked into Fong and Wong and they were super helpful. The front desk person was very friendly and the doctor managed to remove a broken screw that was stuck in the frame so that the lens could be put back in. They also have a nice selection of frames.
