“Kelli is as knowledgeable, wonderful and friendly in person as she is on the phone! When I follow her advice, looking keenly at the dogs around us in any situation, it increases my awareness of what is going on with the dogs I am with and if I do as Kelli has shown me within a couple of hours or less, I know what they are up to and what could happen next! I now prevent uncomfortable situations with my young Shepard mix who wants to herd dogs even! Kelli is great in all situations and is helping me and my son have a better relationship with our dog. From the first session she is showing me how to have Princess Kitty make friends with other dogs! Kelli is a master dog communicator- from dog body language of all the dogs to subtle and quick changes in the eyes of dogs - and is a phenomenal trainer hands down the best I'm met. She understands what dogs at up to at all moments, and all the possibilities of what could happen next. Kelli may work with puppies but she easily works well with my 50 lb active shepherd as well as my son's friends terrier a 8 lb rescue from the streets of California. Kelly understands dog body language and dogs so well she can predict their next moves easily. Great trainer wonderful lady who truly speaks dog! I would highly recommend her in any situation with any dog, or even if you want to get to know your dog better and make more doggie friends! Sky's the limit with Kelli, expect Miracles!“

“Paul is an excellent and experienced trainer, kind person, and knows an incredible amount of about dogs. He taught us so much, both during our sessions and after with follow up content. He was great with our fearful and reactive dog, taking the time to build her confidence, and teaching me what to do, how and when to do it. She also stayed with him for a week or so while we were away and did very well. We plan to continue working with Paul and trust him completely!“
“There is no person I trust more with my sweet pup than Sid, and no person my pup would rather be with! The level of care and peace of mind she provides is truly outstanding. Not only does she love my dog as her own but her expertise in dog training was so helpful during the early months with our puppy. We were lucky enough to call Sid our neighbor as well and each time we passed her house our dog would try to drag us there to see her! “We adopted a doberman mix and it was clear on day 2 that this was not going to be an easy dog. He was very willful, energetic and had some very unpredictable aggression issues - as in I could not walk him without him lunging and even, to my horror, nipping people on several occasions. My dog was also determined to rip my shoulder out of it's socket. Now we walk without incident and pulling. There have been other bumps along the way, but John always handles them in a very calm and compassionate manner. My dog, who is not overly affectionate, loves to see John: his tail always thumps upon John's arrival.“
“A competent and respectable vet service operating in San Rafael. It is commonplace that vet appointments are often very difficult to arrange in a timely matter which is not the case with this Vet Clinic. They were relatively quick to get us seen and the clinic is clean and pretty and well organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to educate as well as treat. The only problem I have with this clinic is a problem I have with the entire vet business as a whole: for a relatively simple visit I was charged steeply. It's so expensive just to be seen.Maybe I'm wrong but I miss the days when vets tried to save their customers money by avoiding unnecessary half measures and all the nickel and dime extras that you couldn't dream would be on the bill at any point during the visit.But this is definitely a great vet service and I recommend them.“

“We take our husky mix here and have also taken our foster dog here. The staff is really friendly and efficient. It has also been pretty easy to get an appointment here which we love. They I helped us figure out that our dog is very allergic to a lot of the plants in the area and are helping us treat his allergies with shots.“
