“I can’t say enough great things about Rob and NexGen K9! My dog is a handful and I have learned so much from Rob so I can manage my dogs big personality and have fun while doing it. I have used NexGen K9 for raining and I still use them for boarding because there is no one I trust more and my dog agrees!”
“PetSmart staff in this location genuinely seem to care about my dog's safety. My dog unexpectedly had a seizure while being groomed, despite having no history of seizures. They immediately contacted me and took him to the vet. The manager was very apologetic, explained what happened, stayed through my dog’s examination, and checked on him afterward. I’m very grateful for how quickly and responsibly the PetSmart team responded. Their attentiveness and concern for my dog's safety during such a scary situation meant a lot to me.”
“Loved the training that we received for our German Shepherd. Jeff, explains everything so clearly as well as his reasoning. Loved that he does an in home visit and takes us outside to practice what we’re learning. It was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again for helping us with Zoey!”
