I can't say enough good things about this service company! But I will try. They honored my request for a specific respiratory therapist, Lorna, as I had met her already and wanted continuity of service rather that seeing the first person available. She went out of her way to make me comfortable with this life changing plan for my health. There was a problem with authorizations and scheduling due to my upcoming out-of-the-country trip. Over a dozen people worked on making that happen for me before my departure date. I even had a few days to get used to this equipment at home before I left. I would highly recommend them for your needs!!
