“So I guess my review is mainly for the patient advocate Melissa C ! who actually HELPED me navigate getting a very important appointment set up ! 1 star entirely goes to the MMG scheduler who offered me 0 advice or help. I've been seeing an OBGYN who needed a referral to set me up with my 20 week ultrasound appointment (I am currently 19 weeks pregnant) So I call the clinic to set up that referral appointment annnnnnd the best they could do is get me in August 21st at 4pm ?! Now, I have my baby Nov 9th? It just didn't make any medical sense to wait that long to get a referral for a 20 week appointment when I'll be way past 20 weeks at that time, So I decided to call Dignity's Patient Advocate department and Melissa assisted me, let me tell you when people care and really want to help you it shows in their voice and the extent she went through to assist me 10/10 for caring & professionalism ! After asking the previous scheduler If could even see DHAI for a faster appointment, the scheduler replied "no, but you could call back for cancellation updates ". Melissa herself verified that, I in fact can see Dignity health's advanced imaging as long as my OBGYN sends my order (which my OB was fully prepared to do) as well as calling my PCP and managing to get my August PCP appointment moved up to June 24th and an appointment with imaging in the meantime! I cannot express my appreciation enough for Melissa's help through this. If you need someone to really advocate for you, someone who cares about the wellbeing of others, that understands the reality prioritizing patients I really really really hope you encounter this amazing individual.“

“We've been coming here for quite a few years now the doctors always cool the nurses are pretty cool most time. vince the social worker he's the greatest. my issues with most of the front desk people they are so nasty they act like they're mad when you come in they don't greet you they don't smile they barely acknowledge you when you would think for a healthcare facility especially dealing with young people and having serious illnesses they would be a little bit more nicer a little bit more you know compassionate one lady in particular at the counter is that just nastiest meanest ugliest lady that's probably why she covers her face with a mask I hate even having a check in with her. Today she was nasty as usual but then there was someone who made it up the lady here in the front I'm not sure what culture she is but she was so nice she smiled she asked how my day was she was so polite it makes you feel a little more comforted coming into places like this I know that this work is hard but if you're going to be so nasty at the front desk especially of a at a specialty clinic for young people go do some back office stuff cuz you should definitely not be at the front desk. Sometimes I wonder like do they think about how they would feelif somebody treated them like that in in in a place like this.“

“My primary/ mental health doctor there cares so much for my health and the staff helps me whenever I need it! They are great there! Everyone always says hi to me and are very polite and courteous!“

“My wife works at Royo eye and Lazer center, and if you need prescriptions there is a pharmacy on the first floor at the entrance.“

“Dr borofka OD is the best MD I have even had. True to her profession, goes over and beyond, I am so happy I found her. And I did it on an accident. And now I have the best medical doctor. Have you even had a Dr. that actually cares. Will go over your history with you make sure you get what is best for you history, genetics she will go through your journey with you and stay by your side just waiting to see how she can help. She is a blessing to the healthcare and I should j is I would for a hospital. I wish she worked for our hospital cause we would be blessed to have her. She truly is ONE OF A KIND OD. And I am thankful.“

“I’m not sure why people are downvoting this place because of the scheduling. Urgent Care isn’t open 24 hours. They can only take so many patients during their hours of operation. So of course they will have to start turning people away once they reach capacity just like any other business. The waiting room may look “empty” but that’s just because they give you an appointment time when you register and you can leave and come back. “Urgent Care” doesn’t mean “instant care”. You may have to wait several hours depending on how busy they are. And this is a really busy location.

We’ve been here several times over the years and we always get great service. It may take quite a while to see an actual doctor, but the staff has always been wonderful, they are thorough and don’t make you feel like just another number, and we walk out knowing what is going on and typically with either medication or a plan on how to fix the problem. Stop going into Urgent Care late expecting to be seen right away. It would be like going into a restaurant that is completely booked for the night and expecting them to stay open well past closing hours just to accommodate you.“

“The staff is amazing at community clinic! They took great care of my disabled brother who is a quad.They did a fabulous job, and treated him with great care doing the total examination while he was on a gurney bed, x-rays. It's been 30 plus years they last since he had been to the dentist because nobody was willing to provide care for him because he couldn't transfer procedure chair. I would refer anybody there who was caring for somebody with a disability looking for Superior care for their loved one“
