Luis did and awesome job today! It was hot outside and then he went into the extra hot attic. Good communication throughout the job! Official Pest Prevention has provided, well, Professional services to me for years now. All the places where the mice and rats were getting into my attic were sealed! I will not change a good thing even though someone else may be a little cheaper. Official Pest Prevention has excellent technicians!
Tomas is always attentive to the fact that we have animals and want to secure them for the hour after the yard and exterior home have been treated. He is always helpful and conscientious.
I am unable to assess exactly what this representative did. He is claiming that there was no answer at my residence. 2 persons were at home and no one heard or saw him. He most certainly did not de-web.
