We used Clark pest control for 25-30 years. I’m told that they bought out Clark pest control. I don’t know if that’s true but we’ve been very happy with them. We had Clark for almost 30 years and we find that Orkin Service is better than what we have during our very last service company.
They make sure that we have no pests. They get rid of all of our cobwebs, and when we need them out for anything extra, they come. So far, they employees have been fantastic. Current day I would recommend them!
We've used Orkin for years now. Originally had one of the other big companies but they would flake on us. Have never had that happen. Our current technician is great, always asks for questions and feedback, and does a thorough job.
The Orkin tech, Charles, provided excellent customer service: texted the day prior to confirm appt, texted when he was on his way and when he arrived and communicated throughout his service call. Charles sent a video with narrative of where rodents may be coming in and suggestions to remedy the area. He also offered to schedule my next service call.
