I had a new unit installed. Finding honest people in any business is a task. After you write the check, it's the back end service that will test their true quality. I am a raving fan. We now havea highest level trustworthy auto tech, HVAC company and still looking for a dentist. :) Travis, Matt, the whole team, you guys really came through. I've been in marketing and public relations for many years, you guys truly are topnotch and from my experience, trustworthy. You exceeded by expectations by far. Thanks again for everything.

Ski Air put in our split AC. From the moment we decided to go with them they were responsive, professional and met their commitments. They came out, assessed our home/set up and explained exactly how the install would go. As we learned the system we had to call a few times to ask questions - they again went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend this company!

I called Ski Air because our AC had been underperforming since we bought our house (80 degrees inside at six pm!?). We have had a very difficult time finding anyone to come out to us, as we are pretty rural. Ski Air not only fit us in, on the day, they saw us early. Our technician, Victor, was efficient and friendly. He did everything in a speedy way and seriously saved our summer by fixing our AC right up. He diagnosed a leak, topped us off, and did it all while holding a friendly conversation. When we fix the leak, these are the first people we are calling.
