Spencer did a fantastic job. I was having problems with my air ducts spewing insulation all over my floors, and I had plumbers working under the house previously for 4 days, and they damaged some of the air ducts. Spencer checked all the air ducts for damages, he secured all of the insulation that was sticking out of the air ducts, sealed the air ducts, had a pressure test done, adjusted the air flow on the airducts and checked and rechecked several times to make sure insulation is no longer coming up out of the floor vents. I really like this company. Spencer did a very thorough job and did everything possible to solve the problems.

Phoenix Energy did a very nice job installing a heat pump. The system will do our air conditioning and this time of year, our heat. They provided a very high quality unit, at a good price and were conscientious in all of the install efforts. They were on time, had good follow up and provided everything we could possible need to have a well heated home. During the initial visitations they gave many options for the system as we finally concluded on a heat pump and the SMUD rebate. I would recommend them highly for those in the greater Sacramento area.
