Five days before Christmas, the company that had been servicing my HVAC unit, determined that the unit had significant issues, shut the entire unit down and left, with the promise of returning after the weekend. Deciding to get a second opinion on the condition of the HVAC unit, I called Scott. He came the same day, spent plenty of time assessing the unit issues and explaining the situation and turned the unit back on. He suggested several options and sent estimates for each later that day.
