Had a simple electrical issue which I wasn't able to do because of health issues. Contacted Comfort Control to see if they could take care of the issue. Cecil came out the next day and did the work. I'll have them do my generator service work as well. Thanks for not having to wait days to get this done!
My central Heat system broke down during a cold weekend in early January. On a Sunday morning I tried googling and calling many HVAC repair companies, most did not answer their phone. I was able to get ahold of Cecil with Comfort Control, and he was able to get out to my house that afternoon and quickly/cheaply find and resolve the issue (a safety switch in the Gas heat unit in the attic had broken down). He not only fixed the issue quickly, but was able to explain it to me in simple terms. I have a somewhat complex Dual-fuel HVAC system, but Cecil had solid expertise about it, and he was very professional and friendly. My house was nice and toasty again within...read full review
