The Good Guys Heating and Cooling were incredible! The technician, Jason, was the epitome of excellence. He came out to help us investigate why fiberglass was blowing through a couple of vents downstairs. After showing him our HVAC system, I knew we were in great hands. He was jolly, enthusiastic about his work, provided incredible insight into his observations, and just wanted to help. On his way out, I could have sworn I saw him put on a cape before flying off.
We’ve been consistently using The Good Guys for the last couple of years, and it’s been great being on the annual maintenance plan. Our regular technician, Mike Runge, is top tier —he’s always professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When our AC went out during this brutal heat, they were able to come out the very same day. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave us a fair, honest price to get it fixed. We really appreciate the fast response, professionalism, and quality service. Called Good Guys over the 4th of July weekend with a failed AC compressor. The Technician, Jason arrived the same day and tried to repair. The unit was original install (34 yrs. old) and was unrepairable. Jason designed a new AC unit and scheduled for Monday morning install.
Roy and Conner came promptly at 8 am Monday morning to install an AC unit. Install was completed and online by 2 pm. Installation looked professional and all systems work well. They answered any and all questions I had and explained the upgrades that came with the new system. Very professional, I highly recommend Good Guys Heating and Cooling. They also included a discount for military and first responders.
