“Ivan is a fantastic technician who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I had an issue where half of my house was not cooling properly. I had other HVAC companies come out and just tell me it was how my house was oriented, but a 90 degree room is not normal! Ivan listened to my concern and came out as soon as he could. He ran a full troubleshoot of my system and found that one of my damper actuators had failed, causing all the air to only go downstairs. He found the part that was needed and was back two days later to install and ensure it was working properly. Now my house is cool in every room and Ivan’s rate was completely reasonable to get there.
