“I cannot express just how good the customer service is at this place. Our air conditioning broke over Fourth of July weekend and within twenty minutes of opening after I left a message during the holiday, I received a call back from Gabrielle and they sent out Jim that same day. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately and repair completed quickly. However the story doesn't end there! The initial repair led to the discovery of a secondary issue -- which was slightly delayed because we left on vacation during the first repair, so when we got back to a hot apartment they once again made us feel like we were top priority. When Jim couldn't reproduce the issue we had the second time, he even came back outside of his scheduled route to do a double check and was then able to diagnose the problem and complete a repair!During this whole process they received a lot of phone calls from me--enough for me to annoy them definitely, but they never came across annoyed. Gabrielle was always friendly and super helpful over the phone, and if she missed my call I never went more than 15-20 minutes without receiving a call back. “Spencer did a fantastic job. I was having problems with my air ducts spewing insulation all over my floors, and I had plumbers working under the house previously for 4 days, and they damaged some of the air ducts. Spencer checked all the air ducts for damages, he secured all of the insulation that was sticking out of the air ducts, sealed the air ducts, had a pressure test done, adjusted the air flow on the airducts and checked and rechecked several times to make sure insulation is no longer coming up out of the floor vents. I really like this company. Spencer did a very thorough job and did everything possible to solve the problems.“
