Quality Roofing Services
“Roof work was completed, and i am writing this after living with it for a while. lucas was professional and knowledgeable, and his crew moved fast with the install while keeping the job site clean and organized. The whole roofing process went smoothly, and we did not have any problems during the main installation. Later, i called back for warranty service a couple of times after noticing some water stains on the ceiling. jermaine checked everything carefully and found that a tree branch was rubbing against the whirlybird roof vent, which was leading to a small leak. The branch was trimmed, the vent area was addressed, and we have not had any leaking since then. They also added a hip detail around the chimney area and installed extra roof vents to help with airflow in the attic, which is important in Rancho Palos Verdes with the warm sun and coastal weather. i appreciated that they were willing to work with me on custom roofing options and a few upgrades so the final result fit the house better. Their pricing was fair, not the cheapest and not the highest, and the workmanship felt solid. i would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable roofing service.”
