The annual office visit today for my daughter was fabulous. The office staff was friendly, and organized. A piece had broken off of the frames of my daughter’s glasses two weeks ago and when I called to make an appointment, the office staff looked up which frames she had ordered last time. They checked the current catalog and found out the same frames were still available, so they asked if I would like for them to order the frames before my daughter’s appointment and I agreed. After completing my daughter’s eye exam and determining that her prescription had not changed, Dr. Nozaki was able to put her existing lenses into the new frames which had arrived and she left with glasses which fit perfectly instead of having to wait two weeks for new frames to arrive. Dr. Nozaki is so knowledgeable and has state of the art equipment to diagnose all patients, including my daughter, who has special needs. Dr. Nozaki is so cheerful and his office has the best Disney memorabilia -that makes his office the happiest optometrist’s office on earth.

This hair salon deserves more reviews. They are not the trendy type. Interior is not modern, but very tidy and clean. they don't take online appointment, they don't use text, they don't claim the biz on yelp and they don't even take credit cards. Despite all the above, I just want to find a good hair stylist who knows what I want and finish as I expected. Kazu did a great job! Even I don't speak Japanese, from the appointment to completion is well done. I am very satisfied with the service. I showed him what style I want and he nailed it. Will definitely come again (and I don't need to keep looking for a new hair stylist anymore)

Love the ladies at The Hair Salon! Al of the stylists here are talented. Came in for me and my girls who needed a hair cut ASAP and they took us all in. They did such a great job we've been going back ever since and won't go anywhere else. Selen, Karla, and Natalie are amazing! I have been coming here for the past six years. I drive all the way from West LA to Lomita for Megan. There's no one like Megan, her detail to art is absolutely exceptional. I get compliments left and right not only on my nail art but the growth in my nails, the pictures I am posting are my nails and that is because of Megan! This cute little nail shop in Lomita is definitely not one to pass up on. I have been going to Nancy nails for 12 years and they are currently closed for renovations from 1/1/24 to 1/17/24 so I Google for another nail shop and CT nails came up they are called cutie nails on the door plenty of parking which was a plus. next the inside is very clean they have 5 hand stations and 8 feet stations and the pedicure chairs are the best I have ever sat in. I got a pedicure with gel polish and callus remover and acrylic on my big toes don't judge me lol and the price was 47.00 next I got a manicure with gel polish French tip and that was 35.00. I was very pleased with the services and I tipped because everything was wonderful also they clean and sanitize all tools after each client definitely coming back.
This is my fav nail spot! I’ve been about 5 times for pedicures and they never do me wrong. They are so gentle & never cut/hurt me and my nails are always beautiful. The ladies are ALL very friendly and genuine and never make me feel unwelcome. They even have a very cute & very calm dog.
I would try calling ahead just to make sure they have available spots. In my photo I asked for a basic gel pedicure & the big toes are only uneven because my nail was chipped. It was $53. I love u nailbox ??

I have been too over due for a hair cut so while waiting for a lash appointment next door we went into Jeannie's to see her availability (after seeing rave reviews online). She was able to take me right then in between her next appointment. I showed her one picture of what I was looking for and she delivered. Honestly over delivered from what I was expecting given that she only seen one picture and never had me as a client before. The shop is clean and modern. I got layers and face framing. I got lash extensions from Lillian and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It was my first time doing anything at all to my lashes, but I was getting married! I didn’t want to deal with falsies falling off and mascara smudging with the crying. I was nervous because most extensions I see are more dramatic and I wanted a natural look. Lillian really took the time to listen to me at the free consultation and brought her own expertise to the table. They were exactly what I asked for and photographed beautifully for my wedding.

In the recent past I used Dave and his crew to replace the main water line from the city meter to my home. The original Copper pipe from the mid 70's was corroding and within a short period had sprung several leaks. Being this pipe is underground, it may be a while untill you physically see the water break through the dirt. However it will be noticeable that your water bill has increased significantly. My last leak happened during 3 or 4 days of rain and I didn't notice it until the rain stopped. Yes, very costly. I was convinced, time to call a plumber. I called one plumber, got a voice mail and no call back. Called another guy. Actually two guys came out, and because the work had to be done on a hill side, they walked away from it. I spoke with a contractor working at a neighbors house and his bid just seemed to be to high. I then saw Dave Galloways add in a trade magazine, that he was a local plumber and also independent.Dave came over, gave me reasonable bid to replace the old pipe with the latest PEX piping. A plastic type of piping which is more durable and won't corrod. Dave left, but returned with his crew; to first dig down and find the leak and do a temporary repair while they dig a trench for the new pipe. Excellent experience! Went through Costco to get new flooring for our family room, so you know it’s going to be a good product at a very good value. The service level by the whole team was exceptional! Brian H is awesome! He knows the products very well, gave great guidance (style, color, tips on installation); he is super friendly and helpful. The installation team of Brad and David were very professional, quick and did a lovely job. And they vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end better than if I did it myself…LOL. The new floors look amazing and I could not be happier with the experience from beginning to end. A super duper 5-star experience, and I’ll definitely use them again.

Troy did a great job on our full gut housing remodel. We were at the project nearly everyday. We lived nearby and were constantly impressed with the quality of work performed, the cleanliness of his crew, and their ability to hit the exact schedule that Troy communicated to us. One thing that is nice about hurst construction is that he has in house specialists that do their specific trade- plumber, electrician, framer, finish carpenter, painter, and a few others. The quality of work you get from these trade individuals is very high because they are working within their specialty.
Another thing that was great about Troy was his willingness to meet with us and provide his input when needed. He is a good contractor to solve problems with because he has a very good eye for detail and will always do his work the right way.
Lastly and most importantly, Troy is honest with you. He works very hard to make sure that you are happy with his work. If I were to do a high end house in the area, he would be my first call!

Ive never met a more gifted, blessed Healer and ive been to MANY chiropractors from Washington, Sacramento, San Francisco area none of them can hold a candle to the overall “Full Package” Dr.B is as a doctor and human being. World know hospitals and clinics in state art procedures in mexico. Traditional and very uncommon holistic treatments …not anymore. From head to foot, inside to out (literally) he has changed the person I am. He has a special bedside manner and way of work like no other. He helps reset you and gives you the tools to work on yourself in the future where you can become independent from him and not where needed him or any other Dr. for every beck and call. Its been MONTHS since I’ve seen another doctor or chiro and needed any physical tune up/adjustment . In less than a month of seeing him and continued self-care for a YEAR now, Dr.B has helped me with YEARS of injuries from Roll overs to stem cell injections gone wrong! Things I thought would never heal they dont bother me, I NEVER thought id say that…ever i was once wheelchair bound and then daily pain for years couldnt handle steps and parenting. My knee was being pulled by a muscle in my leg and I needed a massage to relieve the tight muscle. I had a Sports Bodywork Therapeutic massage and my body is feeling so much better. I didn't realize how tight the muscles pulling on my knee were and the massage therapist explained the muscle groups and helped my body relax. The head massage topped off this fantastic massage. Highly recommend.
The quality is top-notch. Here they actually leave you satisfied. Their rooms are very clean and the massage is relaxing. Parking is located on the back and very private. Definitely coming back!
I had an incredible massage with Thiya and cannot recommend her enough. She has an intuitive, skilled approach and truly knows how to find and work through deep tension. She broke down long-standing knots (especially in my face, neck, and shoulders) and by the time I was leaving, I could literally feel my body continuing to release and relax on the way home.
