As a professional bagpiper performing at every cemetery in Southern California since 1981, I have have a high level of experience when it comes to rating these important memorial parks. In fact, I am the house piper for the SoCal Forest Lawn properties. Most parks are good to above average. Rose Hills and Forest Lawn are huge and have a high standard. And expensive. On the other hand, I find Green Hills to be top grade. I have performed services there for 15 years. The difference is the staff. Green Hills provided complete support after my mother’s death. They took care of all the details and provided on-going support for the family afterwards.
