I had my home on the market with a different agent for for 60 days, not one "potential buyer" I then was lucky enough to find Karen Anderson, and her team. Two days on the market and two offers netting me more then what I was hoping for! Under contract in 7 and had the smoothest transaction ever. Karen went above and beyond, I had to do nothing but sit back and relax. She even found me a mover to move me across country for way less then the ones I was finding.
