The best of the best!
I contracted with Karen to sell my home in San Pedro and was immediately and continuously impressed with her knowledge, strategy, her connections and overall savy and confident manner. The property needed some work and she quickly put together a team of contractors and handyman to create a reasonable quote. After analyzation of the quotes, her recomendation not to proceed with upgrades and instead sell as a fixer was clearly the economically wise strategy. She listed the home at a lower price creating a great deal of interest and offers and ended up capturing a buyer at $70K over asking price!
