Repair person hit all the marks, friendly, listened, timely, knew his stuff, fulfilled everything thing he promised and more. My only issue is he doesn’t work on cars or roofs etc. I could not recommend this service more highly.

We felt so lucky that we got to work with Jose from FixEm on our dishwasher repair. He was an excellent communicator, texted a heads up so we knew when he would be coming, and he did a wonderful job solving the problem. He also squeezed us in earlier than anticipated as soon as the part came in. Definitely recommend him!!!

Really great experience. LG Dryer was throwing an error. I went through several steps to repair it myself and it still didn't work. Called FixEm and they sent Jose. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and after checking everything told me I needed a new control board. He gave me a quote for him to order a replacement control board and come back to install it. But he also told me it wasn't hard to install and I could save on labor costs by buying the part and installing it myself. Gave me the part number I needed and a list of local suppliers I could call. Then not only walked me through what I needed to do to install it but he also gave me his personal cell number...read full review
