“Ken was professional, quick and clean. I purchased a standing freezer which for whatever reason had two compressors go out within 2 years. Both times Aries came in diagnosed the problem and came back in about a week to make the repair. The problem is not always the technician, it's the complexity of the appliance and the lack of technicians coming into the business. Technicians are not magicians and do not just wave a magic wand to make a diagnosis or a repair. The newer an appliance the more complex it can be and the more you pay for an appliance that can do a lot of things the more that can go wrong. My experience was great, but it could have been bad at no fault of the technician.”
