Done-Rite Plumbing is the only plumbing company I use! Fast, reliable, affordable service, and the team members I've worked with have always taken the time to explain the problem and solution in a way I can understand. My water heater burst, and Dave took the time to help me understand the installation standards and had a technician out to me the next morning. Danny, our technician, was thorough and friendly, and even connected me with a great water damage restoration company who responded same-day! I was overwhelmed by the emergency, but the Done-Rite team's experience and knowledge really put me at ease.

Highly recommend Logan and the Done-Rite Plumbing company. Service and knowledge by Logan were outstanding.We needed a sewer inspection but no clean out was available. Logan was determined to find another option. After 3 separate attempts he was successful in showing us a video of the main sewer line. We also asked him to bid on several other plumbing repairs needed and he did so without any extra charges. Great experience!

We have used Done Rite before to fix our main water valve a few years ago and we called them again to have our tankless water heater replaced. Tiffany was able to have Dee come out and give us an estimate that same morning. He was very knowledgeable and went over the pros and cons of different heaters and what would work best for us. After giving the go ahead, Christian and Jon showed up a few hours later with all the necessary parts and equipment to change out the heater. They were also able to install a water softener system the same day! Everyone was friendly, professional and they were able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Done Rite Plumbing!
