I’d like to see the ac run leak free for a day or two before commenting.
Luis was clean curtious and the work looks clean. I’ll repky back abd give 5 stars if all works as advertised :-). The orice was a bit steep. On the verge of getting more quotes.
Good guy Luis.
I can’t say I had a great experience with the sales process. However, Rachel the operation manager called and told me they reviewed my case and made revisions. Based on that, I gave them a 4 and half stars.
Luis did our annual HVAC inspection. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He communicated clearly and answered all my questions. He knew his stuff and did what was needed. He recommended replacing the capacitor on the furnace, which we did. Nicely done.
