Rafael came to change filters for our under-the-sink filtration system today - and I'm glad he did, it's a bit more complicated than just twisting off the old filters and screwing on new ones! Rafael was professional, courteous and patiently explained and demonstrated the process. EcoWater has a great representative in Rafael and I'll definitely have him back once one before I tackle replacing the filters.
