Bruce, Carla, and Bill were great to work with and definitely recommend if you are looking for a Premium whole house water softening system . Got set up through Costco and started consultation with Bruce who will test your Water Hardness levels and explain to you benefits of soft/treated water. He will also explain Reverse Osmosis however he did skip this for me as I already had a system installed. He gave me 3 main options for Equipment. However do your research they do have multi-cabinet options depending on your house usages. I wrote a review in 2020 about Julie, but you have no idea what an incredible rep and employee Julie is. Here I am 4 years later and I wouldn't still be an EcoWater customer if it wasn't for Julie. As a first time customer, Julie has been the most incredible service advisor who patiently explained the system, provided great information, and helped me choose all the right options for me. But beyond that, she's continued to be a key advocate for me as a customer at EcoWater. As a now seasoned customer, I've moved the system with me from house to house, city to city, the whole staff in SoCal is great, but Julie is still bar none. William was a great technician as he explained everything he was doing. However he said that I would receive an email with my receipt within 15 minutes It has been mire that one hour an NO Receipt
