The next day, he and his partner Mario were in the ground to discover a massive root ball which ruptured the clay pipe. A few hours later, I had new PVC piping and a clean out. Most importantly, I took care of our tenants in an expedited manner.Typically with jobs such as these, I get a couple bids to make sure the pricing is fair. “This is the second time I've used Mr. Rooter to repair a plumbing problem. I arranged the repair appointment through James, who was very helpful. He even called later to confirm. Ismael arrived at the house within the time period given. He immediately began to diagnose the plumbing problem and once he did, provided me with a fair and reasonable estimate. Ismael and his associate fixed the problem and cleaned up the work area. He showed me a video of what he did and answered all of my questions. Ismael and his assistant are great representatives of the company and do a great job. Five (5) stars and kudos to James, Ishmael, his assistant and Mr. Rooter. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up!
