“My condensing unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year this summer so I called Empire for service. They responded by scheduling service first thing the next morning and Keith was right on time. He checked it out and told me my capacitor was bad and replaced it with a new working one he had with him. He was very honest and clear about my furnace and CU setup and told me he could upgrade my system to the latest version since my setup was well over 15 years old. Since I already had my funding for an ongoing project I couldn't commit to changing out my HVAC system at this time but will definitely call Keith back here when I'm ready to get it done.
