When we turned our A/C on for the first time since it was serviced in December 2025, the system did not work. Alps sent a service person that same afternoon, and Christian got our problem resolved in a very short time. To insure one of the doors was making proper contact to turn the fan on, he taped the panel to make it close tightly (apparently, the previous service person had not secured it properly). Christian was polite, professional, and efficient; once the system was working, he waited a while to make sure it would continue to work, giving us the cooling we needed. Overall, it was a positive experience. There was no charge because we belong to the Comfort Club.

Christian was prompt, knowledgeable and informative. He was respectful of the house and wore booties. He initially brought the part that was recommended the previous year and then diagnosed another problem. He returned the next day with in stock parts and replaced both parts. Our air conditioner works great now. The office staff, Bernice in particular, was great with scheduling. We purchased the unit from Alps about eight years ago and this is the first repair on our Lennox unit which gets exposed to salt air.
