This review has been a long time coming. Prostar Mechanical Services is one of the last honest companies dedicated to excellent customer service. I oversee over 20 senior communities here in SoCal. I've worked with many hot water/hvac vendors in the last decade and none compared to the outstanding honest service Laila and her team provide. She's always going above and beyond her scope of work, is very informative and has never tried to sell us more than what we need. They've even recommended other companies if they're not available to service us in an expedited manner. I highly recommend them.
I work as a GM at a local Marriott and when I needed our boiler leaks fixed, Laila, CEO of Pro Star was more than happy to assist me and got my quotes ready and scheduled the installation/repair right away! Definitely a team you can trust and count on!Thank you!
