First time using this company as it was recommended by another hotel in Anaheim and I am blown away by the level of professionalism and courteousness demonstrated by Juan, the service tech that arrived to replace a gas valve on our Raypak unit. During the troubleshooting it was noted that it could be two parts that needed to be replaced and Juan was very honest to say it was just the gas valve. Had it been a different company, they would have likely told me it was the 2 parts just to make us pay more money for the repair. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

I recently called Pro Star because we had an entire building that did not have hot water due to our boiler being out. Another vendor came out and said we needed to replace it. It was about 5pm and everywhere was closed but we couldn't leave residents without hot water. Pro Star got us a quote to replace the boiler, sent a tech out within the hour and the tech was able to make the repair for about $1k saving us over $20k. Most vendors would have just replaced the boiler and not done proper diagnostic.
