Eric came out and gave a thorough estimate to repair the leak on my roof including photos of my roof showing exactly what was to be done. Marvin and Fernando did an excellent job repairing our roof. They took out the old material and installed new underlayment, flashing, and shingles and also sealed and painted the dormers and up vents on the roof. They even cleaned out the gutters! They showed me photos of the completed work. They left everything cleaner than before. Very courteous and professional. “Clean Initiate Solar installed the solar system at my house. I have an issue where the house battery doesn’t power the house when the grid power goes down, even though the house battery is charged.

The first time I called in, someone answered, and they responded with “we’ll check some diagnostics and call you back in 10 minutes.” They never called, and that was about 3 months ago. I’ve called them and left messages, and emailed, a total of about 20-30 times. They have not answered or respond since the first "we'll get back to you." I will be filing this review in as many forums I can, and with the Better Business Bureau, as a warning to other potential customers.

Update: after posting the review above several places, Clean Initiative immediately reached out, sent out a service tech, and fixed the problem. I'm going with 4/5 stars because there still appears to be no way to reach customer service without going to such drastic lengths, but now I'm happy with the solar installation.“
