Murphy Roofing
“We had a large office building with repeated leaks around the drains, seams, and rooftop units. Previous contractors kept repairing individual areas, but the problems continued. This time, we chose a reroofing project. The contractor removed the failing system, replaced damaged materials underneath, corrected several drainage issues, and installed a new PVC membrane.
They also rebuilt the flashing around every major penetration instead of simply covering the old work. The project took careful planning because employees remained in the building throughout construction. The crew respected that and kept their work areas organized. We finally have a roof that works as a complete system.”
