Bryan and team are the definition of professional. Got my roof, drywall and painting done with them. I hired Modern Builders to fix stucco on the front and sides of my house. Had to match existing stucco, and make and conceal repairs to underlying structure. They did a wonderful job, and were very prompt and considerate with regard to scheduling the work at times that were convenient for me.
Modern Builders performed a stucco patch repair on my home. Anthony and George were very professional, explained the process in detail and performed great work. I would recommend using them and will reach out if I have any further home improvement projects.
