Called Green Ladder last week after finding a soft spot on the roof from all that rain. Inspector went on the roof and used a a drone instead of just eyeballing it, which I appreciated. Turned out we did need a new roof and we had double layers underneath the old we didnt know about, the photos helped because we couldn’t belive it, we thought the roof was new. Crew finished in two days and even patched a scuff on the fence without me asking. Hope them the best !!
