The owner, Robert, is trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive and provides competitive quotes. “John redid our roof I wanna say about 6 or so years ago. He was recommended to me by my dad, who's tough to please. He did a great job, his pricing was more than fair, and he was quick. The reason I'm leaving the review now though is about our funky, poorly built, unpermitted back room. When he did the rest of the house I asked him to help us insulate that room better, so he put down some kind of foam paneling, covered it with tar paper material, and installed metal flashing all around. After a few summers that tar paper has started to pull back from the flashing, and it's letting water accumulate and leak into the room. I called John intending to pay him to fix it. He wouldn't hear of it and insisted on fixing it for free. He came out so fast as soon as the weather cleared. Then I told him I think we have a rodent problem up there. I'd like to pay him to remove the roof, let me clean out all the mess, and then have him put a proper roof back on. Again he went out of his way to help me find cheaper ways of resolving the problem than having him redo the roof completely (solutions he would in no way benefit from). The man has integrity, and I trust him to help me find the best solutions for whatever my house needs, even if it isn't in his financial interest to do so. You should too!“

“A big shout out to thank Shea roofing for helping me. I was having an issue with my homeowners insurance not wanting to renew my policy. The insurance company was not accepting what I was telling them about my roof and said that it wasn't acceptable. I contacted Shea roofing and they were nice enough to come out at no charge to inspect my roof, determined that there was nothing wrong with it and gave me something in writing, along with a data sheet about my roof to submit to the insurance company. Because of what they did, my insurance company, reviewed the information and reversed their decision and will be renewing my insurance policy. I will definitely be contacting them when my roof does need to be done because of the kindness that they showed in providing me what I needed.THANK YOU SHEA ROOFING!“

“We hired Massie Roofing to tear off the old roof down to the rafters, then install plywood and a composite fiberglass shingle roof. Because of Covid-related supply chain issues, there were delays with obtaining the necessary plywood and designer shingles. Massie roofing kept us up-to-date with their progress, and did not start tearing off the old roof until all materials were available to finish the job. The tear-off only took 1 day, even with over 100 years of old roofing to tear off. Massie did not have much trouble getting an unexpected third dumptruck to the site to get the remaining roofing material. The plywood was installed efficiently, and two days later, the roofers started installing the new shingles. They are beautiful!
