“Nick Campagna reroofed my garage. His price was good and he was easy to work with. He edited the contract with information I needed and other requests that I made which he later all fullfilled. He was willing to spend the extra time to get the tiles approved by the City for me which was a big help on the pricing. The original tiles are expansive, hard to get or they no longer make them and have to be custom ordered. He cleaned up the place nicely after all the work was done. He is a hard worker, he made quite a few trips before he could even start the job. He delivered what he promised, did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with his work.“

“If you want an honest and knowledgeable roofing company then look no further. I could not believe how honest Alan, the owner, was. He came out to look at my flat roof. He explained that my roof was very flat and would need to be hot mopped which he doesn't do. He was very nice to share how a torch down, which other companies were trying to sell me , wouldn't last and only leak in a few years. He also told me to have my ac unit placed on a metal platform, when the new roof is done, as the wood one I have is not up to code. No one else who inspected my roof told me this. Not only was he honest, he was very knowledgeable too. I am sorry that he doesn't do hot mopping as I would have hired him in a flash“

“John redid our roof I wanna say about 6 or so years ago. He was recommended to me by my dad, who's tough to please. He did a great job, his pricing was more than fair, and he was quick. The reason I'm leaving the review now though is about our funky, poorly built, unpermitted back room. When he did the rest of the house I asked him to help us insulate that room better, so he put down some kind of foam paneling, covered it with tar paper material, and installed metal flashing all around. After a few summers that tar paper has started to pull back from the flashing, and it's letting water accumulate and leak into the room. I called John intending to pay him to fix it. He wouldn't hear of it and insisted on fixing it for free. He came out so fast as soon as the weather cleared. Then I told him I think we have a rodent problem up there. I'd like to pay him to remove the roof, let me clean out all the mess, and then have him put a proper roof back on. Again he went out of his way to help me find cheaper ways of resolving the problem than having him redo the roof completely (solutions he would in no way benefit from). The man has integrity, and I trust him to help me find the best solutions for whatever my house needs, even if it isn't in his financial interest to do so. You should too!“

“We hired Massie Roofing to tear off the old roof down to the rafters, then install plywood and a composite fiberglass shingle roof. Because of Covid-related supply chain issues, there were delays with obtaining the necessary plywood and designer shingles. Massie roofing kept us up-to-date with their progress, and did not start tearing off the old roof until all materials were available to finish the job. The tear-off only took 1 day, even with over 100 years of old roofing to tear off. Massie did not have much trouble getting an unexpected third dumptruck to the site to get the remaining roofing material. The plywood was installed efficiently, and two days later, the roofers started installing the new shingles. They are beautiful!
