Brenda and the team were awesome and solved our rodent problem! They were very knowledgeable, well equipped, friendly, and patient with me (I asked a lot of questions and kept them waiting one visit on accident). 10/10 definitely recommend.

Bad Termite has been servicing my property since we purchased in 2017. Recommended by our real estate agent, we had them service the home for termites after buying, and have had a monthly service plan since then. Robert comes to our property and sprays every month, does a wonderful job letting us know when he will arrive. And we have not had any pest problems this entire time. Highly recommend their service.

Bad Termite has been my go-to for termite inspections and treatment on my real estate transactions in the San Fernando Valley. Angie in the office is always responsive and easy to coordinate with, and Bobby in the field does thorough, reliable work. Most recently they handled the Northridge property on Jellico, quick turnaround, clean report, no surprises. Exactly what you need when you're working against a closing deadline. Highly recommend.
