Bad Termite has been my go-to for termite inspections and treatment on my real estate transactions in the San Fernando Valley. Angie in the office is always responsive and easy to coordinate with, and Bobby in the field does thorough, reliable work. Most recently they handled the Northridge property on Jellico, quick turnaround, clean report, no surprises. Exactly what you need when you're working against a closing deadline. Highly recommend.
We came back from vacation and found termite droppings. Bad Termite came out to do an inspection and we appreciated their knowledge, honest and good communication. They tented our house and came back to make sure that everything was in order and were great to work with. We will call them again should the need arise.
Danny was very helpful and worked with the window company to coordinate the fumigation. He was very responsive on text and always returned my phone calls to answer questions. Very professional and has reasonable prices. Will definitely use this company again.
