“Nigel’s team deserves 10+ stars. They are the nicest, most responsible, thoughtful and smartest plumbers we’ve ever had. I wish I found them 30 years ago instead of all the expensive and bad plumbers we’ve had before now. Nigel sent 3 super nice guys who spent a full 8 hours snaking through all 3 of our toilet attachment spots to clear a blockage in a difficult to reach outflow pipe. I’m certain that other plumbers would’ve given up and told us we needed to dig under our house foundation to replace the pipe. But these guys stuck with it all day and avoided using the more expensive high pressure method I’d originally signed for because they were worried it could damage our old pipes. They even charged us a lot less than I’d even agreed to in the upfront signed agreement!!! They were amazing! We would absolutely recommend Nigel’s team to everyone and will definitely be calling them in the future. We wish all workmen in every category were this honest, thoughtful and capable.
