I've used Eagle many times for different projects going back many years. I've always found Herman to be extremely knowledgeable as is his crew. They recently changed out a really old furnace for a nice high efficiency model. Super happy with the work done. Very professional. Highly recommended.
My experience with Herman and his team was phenomenal, start to finish. I had a slightly complicated heater replacement situation in my unit, and I'm so grateful that our building manager hired Eagle. Herman and his team were communicative, incredibly respectful of my home, and exceptionally professional throughout. Herman always kept me up-to-date on next steps and was very responsive to my follow-up questions. He also went out of his way to ensure that the required work was as non-disruptive to my work days as possible, given my inflexible schedule. As a final note: as a renter, it can be tricky to coordinate jobs like this, and I was very appreciative of Herman's skill/follow- through when navigating dates, start times, inspections etc. He and his team were so timely and organized, which made a complex job much less stressful during a busy work week. Highly recommend, and would absolutely call them again.
