Manny responded quickly on a Saturday to replace a faucet. He was able to concisely quote me for the work and completed the job quickly. After further conversation about water heater replacement, he was able to come back the next day to replace the water heater. He shared his love for cooking and even taught my daughter how to make kimchi. I appreciated that he double checked his work before leaving. "The drain in our bathroom sink was slow and getting worse. We tried the standard stuff and I believed we needed to have it snaked. I saw Manny getting into his truck at the VA Med Center at Ft Miley and asked if he would make a house call. He told me to first try Liquid Plumber and to call him only if it failed. It worked - beautifully and I was impressed by his integrity. Two days later my water heater burst into a small fire. I called Manny. The next day he was there, confirmed that it needed replacement, and 12 hours later a new Rheem's heater was in place.
