Our house got flooded because of a broken pump on New Year's Eve. Because of the heavy storm and New Year's Eve, the stores were sold out of pumps. Manny responded and stayed with us to hack up a solution until 6pm using the pumps we had on hand, and then came back right after New Year's to finish the job in the best way.
