So, I have been here twice - once with my Mom for a regular appointment and once yesterday when I met with Lauren. Everyone has been great and very thorough and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait, but having worked for doctors, this is what happens. For instance, as a walk-in, they ended up spending over 90 minutes total with me due to shots, breathing apparatus, etc., etc. I couldn't have asked for kinder, more responsive care. There was someone who had made an appointment and was upset since they were running about 30+ minutes behind, but this happens every time I see a doctor so it kind of is what it is.

I wanted to give a shout-out for the excellent urgent care I received today. I was seen by Heather Moore after about a 20 minute wait. I believe she is a Nurse Practitioner. Alosina took my vitals and I felt totally heard by everyone that worked with me including the people at the desk Brendan and Christina. I had X-rays taken at the imaging center next door and they were read immediately by Heather Moore. It was all a very efficient and pleasant experience for something I was dreading and needed to take care of.
