Appointment with Dr Das to discuss results of blood test and blood pressure issues,. It’s always such an enjoyable visit, he listens to what I say and makes simple and clear recommendations. The whole office, Teresa, Elena and everyone is so helpful and caring! A very special warm feeling!

Very little to judge by as we just made the change to Perlman clinic. But so far we have no complaints at the consideration and care of your personnel in assuming the care of our health. We have enjoyed the prompt, polite attention of your office staff.

Perlman Clinic Encinitas, primary and urgent care, is located in the North Coast Health Center. It is on the second floor of Building A, the first building to the left as you enter North Coast Health Center. The office, which Dr. Robert Brunst and Gourab Das have occupied for many years, has a comfortable reception area and there is ample parking. Visit us for urgent care and primary care in Encinitas. Walk-ins always welcome! Perlman Clinic has been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary care and urgent care in San Diego since 2005, with our first location being in La Jolla. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. We want patients to rediscover the comfort of what was once a visit to the doctor’s office.
