I, Laurie Logan, have been going there for 20 years ! I am very satisfied with them ! I have an easy access to getting an appointment or getting a refill to my medications & getting lab tests ! I, recommend them & give them a 5 Star rating !
Optum has been great for me. I have been going there for years. My old Doctor moved to another place and so I got Dr Nguyen. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener. They also provide other services like x-rays and mammograms. If they don’t have what you need they will send you where you can be taken care of. From the front check-in to the back they are polite, compassionate, and kind.

We had to stop seeing Dr. Michael Karp because he retired. However, I decided to continue with this office since we had such a great experience before. Today we saw Dr. Krap, and once again we were reminded of the quality of care, professionalism, and true vocation that go far beyond a regular consultation. They genuinely care, answer all your questions, and make you feel like family. You leave with a sense of peace, knowing that you were heard and cared for. Super professional.
