Laurel is the best! I have done Super Slow for over 10 years and when I found Fit, I knew I was in good hands. Laurel is the perfect blend of knowledgable, tough, encouraging, personable yet professional and fun! I know she will push me just hard enough but always keep my safety a priority. I have seen a dramatic change in my muscle tone and look forward to my sessions. The studio itself is clean and lovely and the machines are state of art. (Plus, there is always great local art displayed on the walls!)
