After the big storm this year we had several leaks and Edgar was able to get us a fair quote and get started on the job within a week. He identified several issues with the existing roof and the previous installation where the leaks were occurring. He even tracked down a problem with our chimney which was another place where water was getting into the house and sealed the chimney for us. (see photos) We went with the "painted desert" color and absolutely love how everything turned out. He even trimmed back two huge tree limbs that were dangerously close to our roof at no charge. (see before & after photos) Now we have peace of mind that our home is safe from water damage.We were presented with several options including roofing vents, solar tubes (for more natural light in our home), and new gutters. We never felt pressured with any of the decisions on the options we were presented with. I love the vents in the roof which have really helped with keeping heat out of the attic. We use the attic for storage and it has made a huge difference up there. It also lets in a ton of light which is another benefit when we are up there. (see photos) We're going to have Edgar come back to install gutter guard on one portion of our gutter system where we get a lot of falling leaves from the trees next to our house. Everest roofing is a family owned local business that you can trust with your next roofing project. The pictures really show the quality of the craftsmanship and care that went into the project. “This is my second review for Hadley, Luis and the other folks at CalPro. The real test of whether a company is trustworthy comes things don't go as planned... It's how people handle the hard stuff that really shows who they are.Recently I found mold in my converted garage which led to tearing out walls and ceiling. I asked Cal Pro to add on a garage roof to my main house project. They added it at a reasonable price. But as it turned out, the job was not as straightforward as anyone expected with an odd pitch and scupper and on top of that, I was traveling and not able to keep an eye on things.Cal Pro came out a few times to check on the roof, and even applied an interim solution when I was unavailable and the rain came. They spoke with me several times and didn't give up until they found a solution that they knew would last through our El Nino winter. “Delta Roofing is awesome! We had a new roof put on in 2020. Two months later had solar panels installed. In early 2022, we put the house up for sale and during inspection time they reported the roof was 8-10 years old. We called Eric right away and he came out the next day to take a look. He found several damaged areas form the solar panel installation (Freedom Forever-still battling them for the reimbursement) that left torn shingles and exposed flashing and drilled holes.
