“They put the roof on last spring. The first storm recently it leaked. I called on Friday and a young man came Monday to check it. There was confusion at first because he didn’t speak any English at all so with the holiday it took some time to get a report of what was done. I was assured by the company that work had been done. There was a small space around a pipe that needed extra sealant. No one could have anticipated that. The company seems to really care which IMO is not standard in the roofing industry. I was also assured that company identification will be provided so customers would feel safe letting a non English speaking repairman into their home. I will follow up about this in a few months.

Update: Feb 4 it’s leaking again. They sent out Francisco who spoke English well enough. They seem to stand behind their work. My ceiling is wet and a bit buckled. I hope they will fix that.“

“Great contractor to work with! Nick Bailey communicated and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. His crew was kind and courteous and extremely hardworking. They cleaned up each day and did a great job of maintaining a safe and clean jobsite at my home. They did run into some unforeseen conditions with the underlayment/plywood that was 60 years old, thin and brittle. Nick contacted me immediately, purchased new plywood and had his crew installing immediately. This prolonged my project a couple of days but Bailey's kept a full crew, worked through this challenge with ease. I now have the confidence that I have a good, solid roof along with new shingles, roof caps and vents painted to match. They even pulled down an old antenna and Satellite dish and disposed for me at no added charge. 10/10 for Nick and his entire crew. I highly recommend Bailey's Roofing.“

Looked up the license number and discovered that the license expired in 2023 and was not renewed. Eric told me when he installed my new roof that he was probably going to retire in the next few years. How about updating or removing that listing.“
