The supervision- critical in the roofing trade- is excellent. They don't gouge you for extras like rotten underlayment. Never a problem. Excellent quality work. Crew was respectful & cleaned area every day before leaving. Upon start found quite a bit of dry rot & gave a very reasonable quote to replace. Would highly recommend.
