“Our AC unit finally gave out after 20+ years during the 114 degree heatwave in Brentwood. We heard about Energy Solutions from a friend and the owner, Dan, was able to come out the day we called him. Not only did Dan's quote come in lower than Elite/Fairview/and others, but he was able to start installation on Monday (he came out on a Friday). Dan also had the great idea to reroute our unit and put it on the side yard, which totally opened up our back patio. “Terry did an amazing job taking care of our AC! We needed a new blower motor, and the first time it was replaced it was making a much louder noise than before. (Terry mentioned that the new motor MAY be faulty, and that he would fix it if it was). After listening to it over the weekend the noise got louder. We called and Terry came and replaced it right away with a variable speed motor no questions asked and no additional cost.
